One strong way to show Democrats that Obama and Clinton are united and that their supporters should be too is to have them introduce/co-sponsor a bill in the Senate together.
Perhaps both an Obama-Clinton bill as well as a Clinton-Obama bill.
Yes, they have a lot of bills co-sponsored together in the past, but a post-primary bill, whatever the subject, would show clearly that anyone opposing Obama would also be opposing Hillary. That seems to me the clearest way that the few deluded Hillary faux-supporters who say they´re going to support McCain can be called out BEFORE the election, and show them the unity is real.
